Therapy

I provide individual counseling to children, adolescents, and young adults.

I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to briefly discuss what brings you or your child to therapy, and any questions you may have. 

Please note that in many cases, I do require the initial session to be a parent-only session, which allows for more open conversation about the struggles your child may be facing.

Sessions can be in person or virtual. 

I have the unique ability to see clients virtually who reside in both Colorado and New York state.
